• Konaklamalar; Sanatçılarımızın rahat edebilecekleri, her biri iki kişilik, duş ve WC 'si olan odalarda yapılmalıdır.
• Konser verilecek şehir veya ülkeye uçak veya mesafeye göre otobüs ile; konser alanı ile otel arasına da özel bir otobüs ile ulaşım sağlanmalıdır.
• Günde üç öğün yemek karşılanmalıdır.

• If we are up for a performance, the cost of living and transportation are paid by the organization that invites.
• Each room must contain at most two beds and there must be bath and toilet in them.
• The transportation must be done by plane if the city or the country is far away and the transportation between the concert hall and the hotel must be done by a private bus.
• The accomodation must include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
